Great place for those interested in authentic Buddhist meditation and teachings. It's a lay centre run by idealistic volunteers. One can get an introduction to Buddhist philosophy, participate in hands on meditation classes as well as listen to longer, detailed lectures given by local and international travelling buddhist teachers. No booking or special uniforms required. Excellent place to check whether Buddhism is one's cup of tea.

If someone is interested in the nature of mind and Buddhist meditation this place provide timeless Buddha's teachings presented in a way that is easy to understand in our modern world. Run by friendly and open minded people. Definitely recommend to visit.
